In-House Savings Plan

At Dentistry on The Plaza, we recognize that not everyone has dental insurance, which can pose a barrier to getting access to dental care. We designed our savings plan with that in mind. With access to our savings plan, every member in your family has an opportunity to receive the dental care they need and deserve.

This plan is not dental insurance, but rather, it is an in-office savings plan that gives you the opportunity to receive quality dental care exclusively at our office.

For patients who require regular cleanings and do not have periodontal disease.

For children under the age of 12.

For patients who require treatment for periodontal disease.

Terms & Limitations

This savings plan is only accepted at Dentistry on The Plaza. It cannot be used at any other office, and cannot be used for referral to specialists.
This is not dental insurance, it is a dental savings plan, which cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits, or any promotions, and cannot be used for injuries covered under workers’ compensation claims.
The savings plan must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
The savings plan is valid for one year from the date of enrollment or renewal.
All fees for treatment are due at the time of service rendered.
Exams, x-rays, cleanings and fluoride treatment must be performed within the year of enrollment. Unused treatment benefits cannot be rolled over into the next year, if not utilized within the year of enrollment.
Members must maintain enrollment throughout the duration of their anticipated dental treatment- this applies to clear aligner therapy or larger complex cases. If the plan expires before the treatment is completed, the member is at risk of losing coverage.
Members will be responsible for merchant fees associated with utilization of third party lenders-care credit, lending tree and credit cards.
The savings plan is non-refundable.
The savings plan is non-transferrable. Family members cannot be substituted in for one-another.
Should the member’s account become delinquent, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and terminate the membership.
Annual enrollment fees and rates are subject to change.
Accommodations to frequency of cleanings will not be made if benefits unused.
